Whole-home remodeling is the work we are built for. A complete interior renovation touches nearly every trade at once, and the difficulty is almost never any single trade. It is sequencing, and it is keeping the people living in the house sane while the work happens.
We start with planning. We walk the space with you, agree what is being opened up, what is staying and what the finished rooms need to do. From there you get a schedule, a scope and a price, and the same person stays with the project from that first walk through to the final punch list.
During the build we manage the trades, the deliveries, the inspections and the daily clean up. Dust control and protecting the parts of the home that are not being touched are part of the job, not an afterthought. When the work is done you get a finished home, not a list of loose ends.
Kitchen Remodeling as Part of Interior Renovations
Kitchens are the single most common reason a home remodeling project starts, and they are rarely the only room that ends up changing. Opening a kitchen into a dining or living area changes the flooring, the lighting, the trim and sometimes the load paths, which is exactly why kitchens sit inside our interior renovations work rather than beside it.
We handle the full scope: cabinetry, countertops, tile backsplashes, appliance fit, lighting, and the flooring that runs out of the kitchen into the rest of the home. Bathroom Remodeling as Part of Interior Renovations
Bathrooms are the other room that pulls a wider project along with it. Moving a wall, adding a second bath or converting a tub to a walk-in shower means plumbing, waterproofing, tile and ventilation all have to be right, and any of them done poorly shows up years later as a much larger repair.
We build bathrooms as part of complete home renovations and as standalone projects. Either way the waterproofing goes in properly, the tile is set square, and the fixtures are ones we are willing to stand behind. Condo and High-Rise Interior Renovations
Renovating a condominium or a high-rise apartment is a different job from renovating a house, and the difference is rarely the construction. It is the building.
There are approved work hours, certificates of insurance, elevator reservations, service entrances, protection of shared hallways and lobbies, and a board or management company that has to sign off before anything starts. We have been doing condo renovations along the Hudson waterfront for years, in the Fort Lee and Cliffside Park high-rises in particular, and we know what those buildings ask for because we have filed it before.
In practice it means we work inside the building rules, keep the common areas clean, and finish within the window the building gave us. The neighbors on the floor are part of the job too. That reputation is why building managers across Bergen County NJ let us back in.
